Our services are designed for adults receiving or qualifying for income-based support, including SSI, SSDI, veteran benefits, retirement income, private pay, and other approved funding sources.
We also welcome individuals participating in reentry programs and those returning from incarceration who are ready to rebuild their lives in a positive, respectful, and community-focused setting. Our goal is to help residents maintain stability, independence, and dignity while living in a clean and supportive home environment.
Ideal Resident Qualifications
Our ideal residents are individuals who can live safely in a shared housing environment with limited support. Residents should be able to ambulate independently, manage basic daily living needs, and participate respectfully in a community setting.
Ideal residents should also be mentally stable, medically appropriate for non-medical housing, and either currently receiving benefits such as SSI, SSDI, veteran benefits, or retirement income, or be eligible and in the process of qualifying for SSI or other financial support.
This housing is best suited for individuals who do not require 24-hour care, skilled nursing, constant supervision, or intensive medical assistance. Residents should be able to follow house guidelines, communicate basic needs, and maintain personal safety within the home.
